The 2020 flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), previous President John Dramani Mahama, says Ghana needs another administration to handle its monetary emergency, blaming the Akufo-Addo organization for ending up dumbfounded in dealing with the economy of the country.
As indicated by him, the public authority has would not do what is important to capture the financial decay by permitting the misery and torment of Ghanaians to exasperate and botching into the conviction that strength and business as usual will return as an issue of proper way.
Talking on the condition of the economy at the debut send off of a strategy think tank, Think Progress Ghana, in Accra yesterday, Mr. Mahama, who was crushed in the last broad political decision, said the public authority had become impenetrable to the difficulty in the country.
"It is evident that even as the boat of state is being slammed by the uneven waters of monetary catastrophe, President Akufo-Addo and his top of the financial supervisory crew and his Finance Minister do not know concerning what bearing to lead this country," he affirmed.
He proceeded, "The Akufo-Addo organization has would not do what is important to capture the financial decay. The affliction and agony experienced by Ghanaians don't appear to move the Akufo-Addo government to activity."
They have persuaded themselves some way or another that by declining to do the hard work required, they can climate the financial tempest and that steadiness and predictability will return as an issue of proper way, he focused.
Absence of Prudence
Ex-President Mahama said the NPP government wrongly applied the country's assets during the time of the 2020 political decision, in this way sinking the country into weighty obligation, thus the monetary difficulties.
The monetary issue we are confronting comes from rash political race related consumption and wild dynamic in the administration of the economy, he suggested.
