It is recognized. Trent Alexander-Arnold is leaving his current home in south Manchester, where he shares a road with fellow Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson and former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

Raheem Sterling appears to be certain of his future away from Manchester City, after negotiating the sale of his home to Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold.

According to reports, Kop defender Alexander-Arnold is on his way out of his current south Manchester home, which is on the same street as fellow Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson and former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.

And it's believed he's been in talks to buy Sterling's £4.5 million country house in Cheshire, fueling speculation that the City and England attacker is on his way to Chelsea.

Stamford Bridge manager Thomas Tuchel is keen to sign the 27-year-old England international, and talks over a £45 million transfer from City are said to be "well advanced" as both clubs try to reach an agreement.

Although Sterling made 44 appearances for City last season, many of them came off the bench, and the striker is eager to get more starts.

Sterling is ready for a fresh start after being disappointed not to start either of the Champions League semi-final games against Real Madrid.

Even though manager Pep Guardiola is a big fan of Sterling, the arrival of £51 million super-striker Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund may not help him achieve that goal if he stays at The Etihad.

Guardiola will not guarantee that any of his stars will play every game, and Sterling has been forced to sit out some of them.

Raheem Sterling is in talks with Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold to sell his home. Sterling has been a huge success at City since leaving Liverpool in an acrimonious £44 million move in 2015.

Sterling has won four Premier League titles, four League Cups, and an FA Cup in those seven years, making him one of the most decorated City players in history.

However, the 77-cap England star's current contract expires in a year, and it's believed he's looking for a new challenge and would prefer to return to London, where he grew up.
