Uefa to work with social media platforms to halt online abuse

 

Uefa has vowed to work with virtual entertainment stages to handle online maltreatment as a feature of a Respect mission to start when the ladies' Euro 2022 beginnings.

 

European football's overseeing body said it would "effectively screen, report and cure instances of online maltreatment".
