Thibaut Courtois is number five (Real Madrid)

Real Madrid had a successful season in 2021-22, winning both La Liga and the UEFA Champions League. Thibaut Courtois was instrumental in Los Blancos winning silverware, particularly in the latter, given his performance in the final against Liverpool. He set a record with nine saves in the final and was named Man of the Match.

His contribution in La Liga was equally significant, with his athletic shot-stopping abilities coming to Madrid's rescue on numerous occasions. Last season in the league, Courtois allowed only 29 goals while keeping 16 clean sheets in 36 appearances.

In La Liga, the 30-year-old made 88 saves and had a save percentage of 76.7 percent. Courtois will attempt to maintain his current form in the upcoming season.

four. Mike Maignan (AC Milan)

AC Milan won the Scudetto for the 19th time last season, ending an 11-year drought. It was a memorable season for Rossoneri fans, who now share 19 league title victories with local rivals Inter Milan.

Mike Maignan was instrumental in accomplishing this feat because he proved to be a dependable figure between the pipes. The French goalkeeper, who joined Milan from Lille last season, had an outstanding debut season with the Italian giants.

With his quick reflexes and fantastic shot-stopping abilities, the 26-year-old was very lively. Mike Maignan had the most clean sheets in Serie A last season (17), more than any other goalkeeper. The Frenchman has certainly demonstrated that he is one of the best goal keepers in the world.

Alex Remiro is third (Real Sociedad)

Alex Remiro was unlucky not to have received enough opportunities at Athletic Bilbao after graduating from the club's youth academy. The Spaniard has been a regular for the White and Blues since joining Real Sociedad in the 2019-20 season.

Last season, Remiro put in some outstanding performances in goal, helping Sociedad finish sixth in La Liga. His acrobatic saves and astute reading of the game have frequently saved the club.

In the 2021-22 season, the 27-year-old kept 19 clean sheets in La Liga, the most of any goalkeeper. Remiro has played well, and if he can improve his consistency, it would not be surprising if he receives a promotion.

Moraes, Ederson (Manchester City)

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola recognized Ederson Moraes' potential and signed him for the 2017-18 season. Since then, the Brazilian has been outstanding for the Premier League champions.

Ederson's incredible passing abilities are ideal for Pep Guardiola's preferred style of play. This enables the Spanish manager to play from the back and greatly aids in possession retention.

While Ederson's passing has been a joy to watch, his other abilities between the sticks have also been impressive. Last season, the 28-year-old goalkeeper made some crucial saves and kept the opposition at bay for the most part. Ederson won the Golden Glove award for keeping 20 clean sheets in 37 Premier League appearances in 2021-22.

Alisson Becker (Liverpool)

Alisson Becker, Liverpool's goalkeeper, has been one of the club's most important players in recent seasons. The Brazilian has been an asset on the pitch under Jurgen Klopp's management, preventing the opposition from scoring time and time again.

Alisson had an outstanding 2021-22 season, adding one more assist to his career after assisting against Norwich City. The Brazilian goalkeeper appeared in 36 Premier League games, keeping 20 clean sheets.

After winning the Golden Glove award for the second time, it is safe to say that signing Alisson in the summer of 2018 was a blessing in disguise for the Reds. The 29-year-old goalkeeper will look to reestablish his dominance in the upcoming season.
