It shows a man wearing shorts and a short-sleeved dull top, conveying what gives off an impression of being a weapon.

Soeren Thomassen said police don't really accept that the assault was a demonstration of fear and that the suspect has a background marked by psychological wellness issues.
"I should underline that in the work we've been doing over the course of the night there isn't anything that demonstrates that the suspect that we captured has been along with others or has been helped by others.
"Our appraisal is that the casualties are irregular casualties. That it isn't spurred by orientation or whatever else."
