As government plans to initiate chats with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a bailout program, previous Finance Minister Seth Terkper has charged government to openly survey the supportability of projects like the Free Senior High School Policy.
As indicated by him, a portion of the leader programs are a channel on states' assets.
The declaration of plans to start formal commitment with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), for the Bretton Woods establishment, to give an equilibrium of installment support as a component of a more extensive work to revive Ghana's work back despite difficulties prompted by the Covid-19 pandemic and, as of late, the Russia Ukraine emergencies, has been met with solid resistance in certain quarters, particularly from associations like the Trades Union Congress (TUC), which fears Ghanaian specialists will be more terrible off because of the program.

In a meeting with Citi Business News regarding the matter, Seth Terkper encouraged government to survey a portion of its key projects truly.

Mr. Terkper further said he thinks, as different projects previously, the Free SHS should be upgraded.
