Last season, Chelsea successfully tested a safe-standing area at Stamford Bridge.
Next season, SAFE standing will be implemented at eligible and willing Premier League and Championship clubs.
After being mesmerized by the Cardiff, Chelsea, Spurs, and both Manchester Monsters preliminary matchups from previous term, the public authority has given the go-ahead.
It will be made available soon by Brentford, QPR, and Wolves, and Wembley Stadium hopes to make it available for home games later in the year.
Nadine Dorries, the culture secretary, declared: "We are not reintroducing porches, and only clubs that fulfill rigorous security models will be allowed.
We are currently prepared to allow standing by and by in our grounds due to a strong preliminary, careful proof, and current designing. Participating clubs will need to upgrade their use of CCTV, develop steward preparation, and completely limit fans to "one individual, one space.
As part of their application cycle, they are also expected to attract fans.
"The creation of impediments or rails in areas of relentless remaining in placed zones drastically effects observer security and further expanded fans' matchday experience in both home and away segments," a report on the preliminary for the previous season said.
It was suggested that clubs should be given the chance to operate designated standing areas "soon."
Since the introduction of all-seater stadiums in the middle of the 1990s, assigned standing zones had not been seen at first-class facilities.
That was a recommendation made by the Taylor Report in the wake of the Hillsborough tragedy in 1989, in which 97 spectators perished in a stadium.
Since then, many allies have continued to stay in strategically placed areas, particularly behind targets, despite routine police and local government warnings that it is dangerous.
"Fans have long advocated for its display and we have worked carefully with allies gatherings, including the families impacted by the tragic Hillsborough football catastrophe," said sports reporter Nigel Huddleston.
