Arteta, Mikel According to Il Messaggero, Arsenal have made a bid for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but his Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri wants him to join Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea instead.

Arsenal has made an offer for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

According to the Italian press, Arsenal has made a €50-55 million (£43.06-£47.36 million) bid for Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic.

Mateja Kezman, the Serbia international midfielder's agent, has stated that he will leave Lazio during the summer transfer window.

According to Il Messaggero, Arsenal's offer for Milinkovic-Savic does not satisfy Lazio chairman Claudio Lotito, and Sarri wants him to move to Chelsea so that he can bring Emerson and Ruben Loftus-Cheek from his former club.

Could a transfer occur?

Arsenal are unlikely to increase their offer for Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who earns £95,000 per week, in our opinion (SalarySport).

If Lazio are unwilling to sell the Serbian for €50-55 million (£43.06-£47.36 million), we doubt the Gunners will pay more.

Of course, all teams could use reinforcements, but Arsenal are currently well stocked in the midfield department.

Yes, Milinkovic-Savic is a very good and experienced midfielder who would improve any team, but we do not believe Arsenal will overpay for him.

In response to recent transfer rumors surrounding Raphinha, Ronaldinho stated, as quoted by journalist Miquel Blazquez, "I would very much like Raphinha to sign for Barça.

He possesses many qualities and would be an excellent fit.
