Past Finance Minister, Seth Terkper has said government can win concerning wheeling and dealing for a respectable program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) if it study a piece of its social intervention projects, for instance, the free SHS.

According to him, past President John Mahama investigated the 200 E-block project and lessen the number to 150 schools before interfacing with the IMF.

However, when reality hit, President Mahama showed that we wouldn't have the choice to complete all the 200, we could have the choice to do 150 and even with that, we collapsed it into 2017 and 2018. We had the choice to work around 70 when we were leaving office," he communicated.
