The Ghana Education Service (GES) has expressed it is appealing the various educator associations sometime of on their craving to leave on an endless strike over their charge of living recompense (COLA) and to find a way ahead of time.

The Teacher Unions that have pronounced an endless strike encapsulate the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Coalition of Concerned Teachers Ghana (CCTG) and the Teachers and Educational Workers Union (TEWU).
