Katie Price's speeding charge excused subsequent to evading prison for drink-drive crash
Two charges have been dropped against model Katie Price, after a case the board hearing yesterday, which the star, who has been sunnying herself in Thailand with her life partner, didn't join in
The two charges were heard at a case the board hearing at Crawley Magistrates' Court on Monday, where they were excused as "no proof was advertised".
The 44-year-old previous style model had been accused of one count of surpassing the 60mph speed limit on September 13 2021, and one count of neglecting to give data on January 26 this year.
Monday's hearing had recently been inclined to happen on Tuesday yet was presented. Katie didn't go to court as she is at present holidaying in Thailand with life partner Carl Woods.
Last September, she was given a suspended sentence subsequent to crashing her BMW on the B2135 close to Partridge Green in West Sussex.
She was allowed a 16-week jail sentence, suspended for quite some time, with 100 hours of neglected work and 20 recovery action necessity meetings to be finished inside the following a year.
Last month she kept away from a potential prison sentence and was provided a local area request and told to pay £1,500 costs at Lewes Crown Court in the wake of conceding to breaking a limiting request.
She concede in the wake of messaging to her ex Kieran Hayler, calling his life partner Michelle Penticost a "drain s**g" in a sweary text, which by implication broke a five-year limiting request.
The model is restricted from by implication or straightforwardly reaching Michelle following an occurrence at a school jungle gym in 2019.
Katie marked Michelle a "c***ing w**re" and a "drain s**g" in the instant messages shipped off her ex in January this year.
While conveying his decision on June 24, Judge Stephen Mooney let the star know how in his judgment the offense was "committed bitterly" and the break couldn't be "thought about minor".

"In my judgment, adjusting the irritating and relieving factors, the fitting sentence is a medium-level local area request," he added.
Katie showed no feeling as the decision was conveyed yet gave a short grin as she left the dock.
Her life partner Carl was close by to help Katie as the couple were seen strolling inseparably as they showed up at the court.
He said: "We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the earnestness of Miss Price's culpable."
Days after the meeting at Lewes Crown, Katie flew off to Thailand with Carl.
