Kylian Mbappé, a top player for Paris Saint-Germain, would have said his final goodbyes to Argentine coach Mauricio Pochettino. A French newspaper, Onze Mondial, says that Mbappé, the number seven player for the Ile-de-France club, will be the first player to leave Pochettino as their coach.

The winner of the world championship in 2018 expressed his gratitude to the Argentine strategist for the outstanding job he did at the SPG by posting a message on his Twitter account. Following the completion of Christophe Galtier's transfer paperwork, Mauricio Pochettino resigned from his position with the Ile-de-France club. Mbappé, on the other hand, shows his appreciation to the coach by maintaining positive relationships with him.

The winner of the La Liga Portugal Player of the Year award is Darwin Nunez.

Darwin Nunez, who just signed with Liverpool, was awarded the title of La Liga Portugal Player of the Year for 2021/22 for his remarkable efforts with Benfica during the season.

Nunez has officially moved to Liverpool after completing a transfer that was worth one hundred million euros. He has the potential to become the most expensive player in the history of the club if the various options that were included in the deal are exercised. Over the course of the past year, he has become well-known as a result of the goals he has scored for Benfica.

The Uruguayan forward, who is 22 years old, has scored 26 goals while making 28 appearances in the Primeira Liga during the 2021/22 season. He has scored 34 goals while making 41 appearances across all competitions, including six in the Champions League.

After only scoring six league goals in his one and only previous season in the highest league in Europe, this season has been nothing short of a sensational breakthrough for him. This simply goes to show how quickly Nunez has risen through the ranks, as he was playing for Almeria in Spain's second division just one year ago.

Bruno Fernandes, Jonas, Nemanja Matic, Hulk, and David Luiz are among the players who have previously won the La Liga Portugal award. As a result of Sporting CP's recent success, Nunez is the first player to win it for his performances while playing for Benfica since Pizzi did it in the 2016/17 season.

Diego Forlan, Nunez's countryman as well as a former striker in the Premier League, believes that Nunez will be successful at Liverpool due to the fact that he is already scoring goals and will learn more about the technical and tactical sides of the game from Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

Forlan stated in an interview with 90min ES one month ago, "I feel that one of the things he can contribute is, without a question, goals." Then, as more time passes, he will continue to develop technically as time goes on. As he gains more experience, he will not only have a better understanding of his capabilities, but he will also continue to develop them.

"He goes to a team with an incredible manager who knows football very well — how to attack space, how to use his players, and how to get the best out of them," the announcer said. "He goes to a team with an incredible manager who knows how to get the best out of them."
