Didi Dramani, who serves as an assistant coach for the Ghanaian national team, the Black Stars, has spoken publicly about the objectives that the technical staff has set for the Black Stars. The Ghana Football Association is now holding discussions with Ghanaian players who were born outside of the country in the hopes of persuading them to play for the national team in the next competition. In response to this, he stated that the most important thing is to put in the effort to produce a competitive squad for the World Cup. Specifically, he was referring to the upcoming tournament in Russia.

Didi Dramani expressed his thoughts in an interview with Angel Sports as follows: "Our objective is to put together a strong team in preparation for the World Cup." Since what we have is likewise of the finest quality, I believe the most important thing is to have the appropriate strategies for progress in place as soon as possible."

Several players, including Hudson Odoi, Eddie Nketiah, Tariq Lamptey, Inaki Williams, and Nico Williams, are said to be thinking about changing their nationality.
