Arsenal has announced the signing of forward Charles Sagoe Jr to his first professional contract.
On Wednesday, Arsenal made the announcement via their website.
"Charles Sagoe Jr. has signed his first professional contract with the club," the statement said in part.
Since joining us at the age of eleven, the 17-year-old versatile forward has consistently been an attacking threat through the age groups.
"It's an amazing feeling to sign my first professional contract with Arsenal Football Club," Sagoe said after signing the contract.

Meanwhile, according to The Telegraph, Chelsea are set to sign England winger Raheem Sterling from Manchester City after the England international agreed to a £300,000-a-week contract.
Chelsea will pay Manchester City around £45 million for Sterling.
With his £300,000-a-week contract, Sterling will surpass midfielder N'Golo Kante as Chelsea's highest earner.
However, it is expected that negotiations between Chelsea and Manchester City will be completed within the next 24 hours.
Chelsea are hoping Sterling, 27, will be able to fly to Los Angeles with his new teammates for the start of their pre-season tour this weekend.
