Hakim Ziyech, a winger for Chelsea, is reportedly interested in leaving the team this summer.
Ziyech is said to be "following in the footsteps" of his now-former teammate Romelu Lukaku, according to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport Witness). Lukaku, who only recently moved to Stamford Bridge from the Serie A club, joined Inter Milan on loan from the Blues during the current transfer window.
During the 2021–22 season, the Belgian scored just 15 times in 44 games across all competitions. Lukaku found it difficult to mesh with Thomas Tuchel's philosophy, and his furious interview with Sky Italia did not help. According to the source, Ziyech and the "inflexible" Tuchel have "nothing un common." He reportedly requested a transfer away from the club to give his career "fresh impetus" from the hierarchy of the Premier League giants.
One of the teams apparently interested in assisting the Moroccan depart Chelsea is AC Milan. The Rossoneri have scheduled discussions with the Blues, citing Corrierre dello Sport (via Sport Witness). However, Ziyech's salary requirements might make a transfer difficult.
Notably, the Moroccan is under contract with the two-time UEFA Champions League champions through the summer of 2025.

According to The Athletic, Ziyech transferred from AFC Ajax to Chelsea in the summer of 2020 for a value of about €40 million. Due to his success with the Dutch club, fans were enthusiastic about his coming, but the 29-year-old never truly seemed to feel at home at Stamford Bridge.
In his first season, he only managed 23 starts across all leagues due to injuries and inconsistent play. Last season, that number increased to 27, but his overall performance has still fallen short of the cost the Blues paid to sign him to the team.
For Chelsea, Ziyech has made a total of 83 appearances in all leagues. In those contests, he has scored 14 goals and distributed 10 assists. During his stint with the Blues, the forward won the FIFA Club World Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and Champions League.
