Manchester United have sent off an initial bid of £51 million to get the administrations of Ajax forward Antony, as indicated by Goal's James Robson.

 

As indicated by the report, the Eredivisie champions are hanging on for £68m for the Brazilian global, who is excited about a transition to the Old Trafford outfit.

 

Antony has grabbed the attention of a few top clubs across Europe with a line of great exhibitions during his two-year spell at Ajax.

"Obviously we need to keep that kid. I think he actually has an agreement until 2025. I truly need to work with him; that's what he knows, and the club knows that as well," recently delegated administrator Alfred Schreuder said by means of Goal.
