United submits a $51 million offer for Antony
As Erik ten Hag tries to bring at least one of his former players to Old Trafford with him ahead of the upcoming season, Manchester United has been linked with a move for Ajax forward Antony for the entirety of the summer transfer window.
Additionally, the Red Devils have submitted a £51 million proposal, according to a report by Goal. According to another report, United's offer for the winger falls £17 million short of Ajax's estimate, therefore they will probably need to raise it once more.
While Ten Hag is a major admirer of the 22-year-old and wants to be reunited with him after their success at Ajax together, United has made Antony one of their top targets this summer and believes the Brazilian is the solution to their right-wing problems.

Bayern Munich rejects a Ronaldo transfer.
Given Manchester United's poor start to the transfer window and the dire circumstances at the club, Cristiano Ronaldo's future at the club is still in doubt. He reportedly told club officials that he wishes to leave this summer should a fair offer come in for him.
As would be expected, a number of clubs will be interested in his talents, but Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich will not be signing him, according to club CEO Oliver Khan.
Even though I think Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players ever, Khan stated that such a move would not be consistent with our guiding principles.
Rekindled interest in Tielemans
Manchester United is starting to consider additional options to address their midfield crisis after negotiations to sign Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong were again postponed. They may turn their focus back to Leicester City's Youri Tielemans.
According to SPORT, Tielemans is being courted by United despite increased interest from Arsenal and other potential suitors. The Gunners are reportedly in the running to sign the Belgian star.
United has long coveted Tielemans, and a transfer has been supported. The 25-year-current old's contract at the King Power Stadium only has 12 months left to go, therefore he would be free to sign.
