The Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale North, Alhassan Suhuyini has said the stance of the leader towards the truant MP, Sarah Adwoa Safo has not been awesome.
He believes the President should end her arrangement as a Minister.
Talking on Accra-based Joy News today, he focused on that, the Dome Kwabenya MP was a lawmaker as well as a Minister responsible for a key bureau service.
As indicated by him, when the country is recuperating from Covid as the Russia-Ukraine war nibbles, the Minister should be at her post to regulate the prosperity of the helpless.
"I believe that the chief has not behaved well since Sarah Adwoa Safo isn't simply an official, she's more than that. Adwoa Safo is an individual from the leader. A bureau portfolio is under her consideration, as a matter of fact. In the event that the head of the chief looks on while a significant representative like Adwoa Sarfo is AWOL then I wonder.
"We are discussing the Gender Ministry, a Ministry for the defenseless and we are in a period where we are emerging from Covid and that situation with Russia and Ukraine has made more weaknesses in our general public and the Minister dependable is missing totally in real life and the President who named her is barren, unfit to follow up on this and we as a whole look on as though its fine. I feel that we should all request that the president fires her that is the least he can do of the multitude of shortcomings and impotency he has displayed on many issues," he communicated.
His words come on the rear of the MP's inability to show up before the Privileges Committee in Parliament again over her nonappearance in parliament for 15 sitting days.
