According to today's edition of Corriere dello Sport, the highly-rated defender, whose future at the Italian club is uncertain, is being closely monitored by teams such as Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Paris Saint-Germain.
According to the Italian publication, the London-based club is pressing hard with attractive offers to sign the Dutch international, but they face stiff competition from German Champions, Bayern Munich.
According to CdS, the West Londoners have proposed a fee of £80 million plus add-ons to entice the 22-year-old, while the Bavarians intend to make an offer in the region of £70-75 million.
In terms of personal terms, the Blues are willing to offer him a five-year contract worth £51-£55 million, which means De Ligt will earn £12-13 million per year if he joins the Former European Champions.
The German club's annual offer ranges between £10 and $12 million.
The player is eager to join the Bundesliga heavyweights, so even if the Premier League club makes the biggest offer and offers the highest wages, they are not in pole position to sign him.
Juventus, on the other hand, will not settle for anything less than £86 million for the sale of their prized asset.
After losing Christensen and Rudiger this summer, it makes sense that the Londoners are working on a deal for a top defender like De Ligt.
