Chelsea and AC Milan are in direct contact with the potential purchase of Hakim Ziyech. The former Ajax winger, who hasn't been satisfied at Chelsea, wants to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. His potential acquisition by AC Milan has a price.The Serie-A champions are also said to be interested in Sanches and De Ketelaere. In the forthcoming season, both players are expected to enhance AC Milan's midfield. However, no agreement has yet been reached between any of these players and AC Milan. The Colombian attacker is attracting interest from several clubs this transfer window with the 25-year-old still looking for his first appearance in English football even though he joined Manchester City in 2016.

Given the staggering number of loans Moreno has received while playing for Manchester City, a Premier League champion looking to turn a profit on the player they acquired six years ago, it would make sense if the agreement were permanent.
