The National Theater of Ghana has cooperated with Wontumi Communications to bring back one of Ghana's most seasoned stage shows, "Show Party".
The association would see the two bodies join for the creation of the show, which was charged to begin in August.
Talking at the re-send off of the Concert Party, Mr. Fredua Ofori-Atta, Board Chairman of National Theater, complimented Wotumi Communications for leading the drive of restoring the "Show Party".
He said the association would assist with advancing performing expressions in the country, which was vital to the essential targets of the National Theater of Ghana.
"Show Party as a social and craftsmanship idea has been around for a long time. It has an exceptional history in Ghana. Through the show party, we have profited from the abilities of entertainers, performers, and scripters as well as crowds the nation over.
"Show Party" offers more benefits to our socio-social turn of events. It is the diversion, instructive, and social mobilizer. It carries concordance to society and addresses a symbol of our way of life," he said.
Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako, famously known as "Director Wontumi," said he was really glad to enlist in powers with the National Theater in reigniting the Concert Party which, as per him, showed him a great deal in his energetic days.
Administrator Wontumi said resuscitating the show party was fundamental in supporting our social legacy so it very well may be given to people in the future.
He vowed to utilize all his mixed media stages to help the course of restoring Concert Party, having encouraged corporate bodies to come ready and back their course.
The Concert Party was started in the early long stretches of the twentieth hundred years and was delivered by the National Theater.
It developed throughout the long term and turned out to be exceptionally well known both at live shows and on Ghana Television and has gone past the shores of Ghana to Germany, Italy, the USA, and Canada.
