According to @[Kojo Smith on Twitter], He said he has been informed by Thomas Partey family that the crown prosecution Services (CPS) have dropped raped charges against Thomas Teye Partey citing not enough evidence for prosecution.. But is all not Done yet.
The second woman who falsely accused Partey of rape on Tuesday afternoon is making things complicated for Partey to be fully cleared hence it it not been over yet but things are so far looking good for him.
Kojo Smith said it was a setup by Thomas Partey’s girlfriend Sarah Bella after he refused to marry her during their visit to Spain. He says Partey will eventually be cleared and he believes in the UK Justice system.
Partey is severely in the shock of his life…He could not believe after spending close to seven hundred thousand British pounds sterling on a girl and she could be wicked as “f”.
This case is the reason why the Arsenal Midfield champion could not go to Germany for the pre season match against Nurnberg which is supposed to be played on Friday 4:30 Uk time.
The case is not out officially but someone close to Thomas’ family shared this out to the people on twitter and the public as well.
From sources it is said that it is good looking now for the midfield maestro and all charges will be dropped because the girl’s evidence is not enough to lead Partey into prosecution.
We all pray Partey charges are dropped so he can feature for the Black stars of Ghana and the gunners as well.
Funny part of the story is that Thomas Partey converted to Islam because of this same fine looking babe and even took this heavy looking name “Yakubu”. (Just for laughs). We hope our Partey would be freed to enjoy the Partey this coming season.
