David Moyes has upheld new signing Flynn Downes to continue in the strides of Jarrod Bowen in taking his Championship structure into the Premier League with West Ham.
Midfielder Downes turned into Moyes' third significant signing of the summer on Thursday, joining Swansea in an agreement worth an underlying £ 9 million.
