Barca expecting 'positive reaction' on Lewandowski

 

Barcelona are expecting "a positive reaction" from Bayern Munich subsequent to making a proposal for their Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, club president Joan Laporta said on Thursday.

 

"We have made a proposal for the player, we are hanging tight for the reaction, we will check whether it is positive," Laporta said during the introduction of new marking Andreas Christensen.

 

Bayern have recently demanded that Lewandowski, who has been vocal in his craving to leave the German heroes this mid year, should satisfy his agreement which runs out in June 2023.

 

"We thank the player (Lewandowski) for every one of the exhibits he has made to show that he needs to come," said Laporta.
