After landing in Turin, Paul Pogba was asked to autograph a Manchester United shirt, and his response was telling. The video is below.
The French international, who left United last month as a free agent, had a contentious relationship with the supporters during his six years at Old Trafford.
Pogba's dedication to the team has been questioned by many, and they contend that he has never displayed the consistency expected of a player who paid £89 million.
Pogba was met at the airport by throngs of fans as he nears finishing up a return to Juventus, the team he left for United in 2016.
When asked to sign jerseys, the 29-year-old did so cheerfully—until someone put up a red United shirt.
Pogba glanced again and waved his hand and finger before returning to signing Juventus shirts.
It's obvious that there is bad blood there, and it will take a long time for the wounds to mend.
Pogba was the most expensive player in the world when he came to United, and his job was to lead the Red Devils back to the top.
In his first year under Jose Mourinho, he won the Carabao Cup and the Europa League, and the next year, he was a key factor in United finishing second.
However, issues began to arise, and a dispute with Mourinho resulted in the firing of "the Special One" in December 2018.
Pogba only managed to reach double digits in league goals once under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, scoring 13 times as United finished sixth. Injuries plagued Pogba for the next two years, and emotions between him and the fans boiled over.
It culminated in April when Pogba was booed off the field against Norwich City after being replaced.

According to "The Pogumentary," United did extend Pogba's contract, but he referred to the £300,000-per-week terms as "nothing."
The show includes a talk with then-agent Mino Raiola, who says: "Paul, you are in a situation which is quite peculiar. You are clueless. You are clueless.

"Yes. They fervently desire that you remain. The offer does not, in my opinion, represent that. If you want him to stay, don't make that offer, I advised them. Then Raiola continues, "I'll make them understand that this time they have to act differently and put the money on the table if they truly want you to stay and want to develop a project around you.
"They're lying, says Pogba, "How can you tell a guy you want him more than anything and give him nothing? never witnessed that."
