Barcelona seem to have moved a lot of cash around to get back in the saddle in the transfer market this summer. Toward the finish of the season, Barcelona would have been not able to seek their usual exhibit of stars.

However it does seem somewhat confusing that these fears would be held onto by different clubs, when huge monetary institutions such as Goldman Sachs are sufficiently sure to keep advancing cash to Barcelona. Also, their problems with signing players throughout recent months have related more to La Liga's spending limits instead of cash stream.
