Driver's mate fined for causing the passing of a 2-year old
An Adentan Circuit Court has forced a fine of GHS3,600 on a driver's mate for presenting a kid to risk.
Nana Nyarko is said to have taken the casualty from her mom when they arrived at their objective and landed. Nyarko put the person in question, presently perished, near the vehicle yet the casualty wandered to remain before the vehicle. The driver coincidentally ran over the kid when he moved the vehicle.
Nana Nyarko, who conceded to presenting a kid to risk, in default will serve a year's detainment.

Indictment drove by Chief Superintendent of Police Patience Mario portrayed that on March 4, last year, at around 12:40 pm, charged Nana Nyarko was ready a Hyundai Grace transport with enrollment number GR 5773-09 as the driver's mate from Madina heading towards Ashale Botwe.
On arriving at Ashale Botwe Nanakrom, a female traveler, Regina Mangora who was ready for her two-year-old little girl by name Allu Akshita Koboasare, chose to land at the bus station.

The investigator said the youngster supported extreme wounds and was raced to the Pentecost Hospital at Madina Estates, yet she was articulated doomed.
It said the kid's body was stored at the Police Hospital mortuary for conservation and examination.
The investigator said a copy agenda was sent to the workplace of the Attorney General's office where the Police were encouraged to accuse Nyarko of the offense to show up under the steady gaze of the court.
