The video was taken during a training session in 2017/2018 as Chelsea prepared to face Manchester City in the Premier League. Hazard was starring for the Blues at the time, who had won the Premier League title under Antonio Conte the previous season.
However, they had faded in the early weeks of the following season, with City and Manchester United charging ahead. That left the Blues with a lot of work to do before hosting Pep Guardiola's men at the end of September 2017.
