Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the reigning French champions, is preparing for the 2022–23 campaign. The Parisians recently replaced former LOSC Lille and OGC Nice head coach Christophe Galtier with Argentine manager Mauricio Pochettino.

After only 18 months at the club, Pochettino was shown the door after failing to win over his employers. Under his direction, PSG lost in the 2022 Champions League quarterfinals. In the league, they again performed poorly, coming in second place in the 2020–21 season.

The task of reviving the efforts and spirit of the outstanding team at his disposal will now fall to the new manager. He will also be focused on helping the Parisians win the Champions League.

In the past ten seasons, Galtier has managed six teams at Parc de Prince. The club's Qatari owners have cut and replaced coaches in an effort to achieve supremacy on the national and continental levels.

In the ten years before to Galtier, the club had five different coaches, all of whom had differing degrees of success with the Parisians.

In this article, the five PSG managers since 2012 are ranked.

5. Mauricio Pochettino

a manager who recently left Parc de Princes. After Thomas Tuchel was fired in January 2021, the Argentine was persuaded to join the coaching staff. He was on leave after being fired by Tottenham Hotspur in November 2020.

Carlo Ancelotti, No. 4

One of the greatest and most esteemed coaches of the twenty-first century is Carlo Ancelotti. The current Real Madrid manager is the only manager to have won a league championship in each of the major five leagues in Europe.

Ancelloti joined PSG in the second half of the 2011–12 campaign after Antoine Kombouare was fired. When he joined, the Paris-based team was in first place, but they ultimately lost Ligue 1 to Montpellier.

3. Unai Emery

Unai Emery was chosen by the Qataris as manager in the summer of 2016 for a number of reasons, including their desire to win the Champions League. One of the busiest managers in Europe at the time was the current Villarreal manager.

He guided Sevilla to three straight victories in the Europa League (2014-16). The main goal of the Spanish manager was to increase PSG's chances of capturing the coveted trophy by bringing his knowledge of European cup competitions.

2.Thomas Tuchel

After Emery left in the summer of 2018, Thomas Tuchel, the manager of Chelsea at the time, was the next in line. He committed to a two-year deal with the team, and he quickly became a hit there.

In his first two seasons at Parc de Prince, Tuchel won the Coupe de France, the Coupe de la Ligue, and consecutive league championships. In May 2019, he received a 12-month contract extension that would have kept him with the team through the end of 2021.

He guided the team to their first-ever Champions League final in the 2019–20 campaign, where they fell to Bayern Munich by a score of 1-0. Tuchel was fired four months after accomplishing this achievement because of a disagreement with the club administration regarding transfers.

In 127 games, Tuchel had a record of 95 victories, 13 draws, and 19 losses with Paris Saint-Germain.

 1.Initial Laurent Blanc

In all likelihood, PSG's most successful manager to date is French icon Laurent Blanc. After Ancelotti left, the former France national team coach was hired in June 2013.

He achieved domestic success, much like Emery, but was unable to take PSG to victory in Europe. He won three Trophee des Champions, three Coupe de la Ligue, three Coupe de France, three Coupe de la Ligue (2014, 2015, 2016), and three Ligue 1 championships (2014, 2015, 2016). (2013, 2014, 2015).
