All customers who have not yet registered their SIM cards with their Ghana cards have been advised by MTN Ghana to do so by using their web portal, which would expedite the procedure.
The number of people visiting the offices of various Telcos is increasing as we get closer to the deadline for SIM Registration on July 31, 2022. By giving clients the option to begin the registration procedure on their own before visiting any approved centers to finish it, MTN hopes to lessen the stress on its customers.
The lines at several registration centers are growing once more as the deadline for SIM registration draws near.

and can be accessed on both mobile devices and desktop computers. It is also available on their website.
Customers will be able to generate a special code that will be utilized at the certified centers to continue the biometric registration by using the web site to link their Ghana cards to their SIM cards.
Shaibu Haruna, the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer, stated in a statement about the new web site that "we are leveraging all channels to guarantee every subscriber on our network is properly registered as we get closer to the 31st July deadline for the SIM Registration operation. To speed up the procedure, we advise our customers to use the MTN SIM Registration Web Portal.
Customers with Know Your Customer (KYC) difficulties, such as name mismatch, can also upload photos of their proof of ownership documents using the web portal to prove their identification and SIM card ownership (s). Post-paid lines from individuals and businesses can also utilize the platform to connect their SIM cards to the Ghana Card.
