Even though Liverpool lost to Real Madrid in the Champions League final in their final game of the year, Jurgen Klopp maintains that their season actually came to a successful conclusion.

Klopp recalled on the "amazing" parade the team returned to the day after a night to forget in Paris as he welcomed the team to Thailand for the first leg of their preseason tour.

The Reds had a chance to win an unprecedented quadruple heading into the final week of the season, but they came up short in both the Premier League and the Champions League.

Klopp thinks the parade, in which almost 500,000 Liverpool residents showed their support for the Reds, secured a successful end to the 2021/22 season.

Some players even stated that the parade "was one of the happiest days of their lives," which is supported by the manager of Liverpool.

In Bangkok, Klopp told reporters, "It was very wonderful.

Hendo declared it afterward, and I believe we all agreed that it was one of the best days of our life for various reasons.

"It was the environment, of course, but it was also a sign of respect for what we all accomplished together in the years prior, not only the prior year, but the prior years, since we didn't have the opportunity to properly celebrate the title and all those other things."

When it was recently brought up to Klopp that Liverpool's season had ended poorly, he too expressed his shock.

"People only recently questioned me about how it felt to conclude the season on a low. and I had to ask myself, "On a low? He said, "What do you mean?

Then I understood, "Oh, you mean the Champions League final? " I understand, but the parade marked the end of our season, and it was a real high.

The Reds are now keen to make sure they can relive such a special day, and they anticipate competing for several awards in 2022–2023.

"To be honest, I didn't require proof, but if someone did, that was unquestionably the evidence that our club is so very unique and that people are so incredibly in our circumstance,The appropriate words escape me. It's very exceptional.

We will do everything we can to have a good reason for a parade the following year. "And now a real push to try and have this again and again and again for whatever reason, it must be a good reason obviously."

Tuesday's preseason friendly match between Man United and Liverpool at the Rajamangala Stadium will serve as the start of Liverpool's season-long preparations.
