According to Get French Football News, Antonio Conte's Tottenham Hotspur are hoping that Unai Emery, the ex-manager of Arsenal, does them a favor and signs Tanguy Ndombele for Villarreal during the summer transfer window.
Tottenham is hoping to sign Ndombele under former Arsenal manager Emery.
Ndombele is a France international midfielder, and according to the source, Tottenham wants to sell him and is hopeful Villarreal would get him this summer.
Spurs are resigned to the notion that they will have to modify their position over the sale of Ndombele and accept a loan deal with the possibility of a permanent one next summer.
The 25-year-old was not included in Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte's preseason roster.

A likely exit
Tanguy Ndombele is most likely done playing for Tottenham Hotspur, in our opinion.
Tottenham paid £63 million for the midfielder when they acquired him from Lyon in 2019.
Ndombele has had trouble performing well on a consistent basis for Spurs and spent the second part of the previous campaign on loan at Lyon.
We don't believe Tottenham will receive £63 million for the French player right now.
The 25-year-old will cost Spurs a lot of money, but if Villarreal sign him, even on loan, then Spurs will save some money on his wage.
