HR experts encouraged to take on 'crossover work' to authoritative corporate arrangement

Human Resource (HR) experts in Ghana have been encouraged to adjust HR Hybrid working arrangement to hierarchical corporate arrangement.

 

Talking at the Conferral Ceremony of Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana (CIHRMG) on Friday, July 8, 2022, HR Generalist, Dorothy Asante, made sense of that crossover work systems help efficiency and help in the prosperity of laborers.

The Conferral Ceremony saw 61 HR Professionals graduate with a Charter in Human Resource Management.
