They presented with respect' - Bawumia lauds Bibiani MCE and his driver
VP Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has sympathized with the family and friends and family of the late Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai, Alfred Amoah and his driver.
He said his demise is an extraordinary misfortune to the public authority and individuals of the region.
As per him, the late MCE and his driver devoted themselves to the course of the party and the public authority.
"Miserable to hear the demise of Hon. Alfred Amoah, MCE for Bibiani Anwiaso Bekwai Municipal Asembly and his driver Samuel Gyasi. Both Alfred and Samuel have been devoted nationalists who presented with respect and enthusiasm."
Dr. Bawumia petitioned God for their left spirits.
"May the spirits of our dear siblings rest in wonderful harmony."
Dr. Bawumia spread the word about this in a Facebook post on Wednesday, July 13.
The MCE and his driver are accounted for to have been engaged with a mishap on the Accra-Kumasi expressway.

Sources say the mishap, which included various vehicles, happened when a big rig with enlistment number AS 4229-X let completely go around Apedwa and collided with his vehicle.
While the trailer was supposed to go from Kumasi towards Accra, the MCE and his driver were moving from Accra to Kumasi.
As per onlookers, the vehicle, with enlistment number GN 2060-18 was harmed to the point of being indistinguishable; catching the tenants inside.
Ghanaians had lost our MCE in Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Alfred Amoah may his soul rest in perfect peace till we meet again.
The casualties were accordingly taken to the Kibi Government Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile personal from ghana police service has already reported to the scene to ensure clam and order and still investigate to know what lead to the accident.
