Danny Mills explains why no team is interested in signing Jesse Lingard

Jesse Lingard has yet to sign with a team after leaving Manchester United in June after his contract expired.

According to Danny Mills, Jesse Lingard has overpriced himself, which is why clubs aren't interested in signing him.

Several Premier League teams, including Everton, West Ham, and a few others, are rumored to be interested in signing the 29-year-old, but Mills thinks no deal has been reached because Lingard has been told he's "overpriced himself."

"If he was that essential and that brilliant, they would've picked him up by now like that," Danny Mills said to talkSPORT.

"They would take him because it's a free move, whether they paid him £150,000 a week or £200,000.

"He is obviously overcharging himself, and people are saying, "Um, no, not for us, let's wait and see.

"Good luck, buddy, if you think you can get it. However, all the major teams are beginning to make acquisitions.

Where does he go then? You must be careful, and I believe that he may be running out of time and will have to make a last-minute transfer.

In the meantime, Jurgen Klopp has attributed Liverpool's lopsided loss to Manchester United to their wastefulness in front of goal.

The game started a little too soon for us, but individual errors do happen in football, according to Klopp. It was rather obvious where we erred, but since we didn't score three or four goals in the final five minutes, it was our fault.

Klopp’s Nunez plan & French blame UEFA, not fans – Latest Liverpool FC News

Darwin Nunez's future intentions have been discussed with Jurgen Klopp, while the French senate has placed the blame for the Champions League final's chaos on UEFA rather than Liverpool fans.

Not Klopp's new Firmino, Nunez

Numerous people questioned Darwin Nunez's position and ability to integrate into this club when Liverpool finalized an £85 million deal to sign him last month.

Since Klopp's appointment as manager of Liverpool in 2015, Roberto Firmino has been the engine of the Reds' offense. However, Klopp has now clarified how he wants Nunez to complement the Brazilian's strengths completely differently.

"Do I want Darwin to play in the same position as Bobby Firmino? Not at all, no. According to Klopp, it is absurd.

We're discussing a real No. 9 and a fake No. 9. That is the distinction.

Further describing Liverpool's offensive options, Klopp expressed his belief that the wealth of skill at his disposal will make his club more unpredictable than before.

Harvey Elliott was interestingly listed among those Klopp says would participate in attack this season, which may be a sign that he could be in line for a more advanced role than he had in the previous campaign.

The Liverpool manager emphasized the value of "refreshing" his team's style of play and said he "has an idea" of how he wants to set up this year.

According to a French Senate investigation, Liverpool supporters were wrongly held responsible for the mayhem that surrounding the Champions League final in Paris last year. eventually made it there.

The greatest civil honor the city can bestow will be given to Klopp next week, joining Steven Gerrard and Kenny Dalglish in receiving it. Jurgen, you're right!

Ben Davies, a center back for Liverpool who has not yet appeared in a senior match for the team, is reportedly close to joining Blackburn Rovers, according to the Mail.
