Before proceeding, please note that you can only register once. After submitting your application, please wait for the confirmation and do not try to register again afterwards; Otherwise you risk your registration becoming invalid as multiple registration is considered a criminal offence.

Step 2: Create a Portal Account or Sign In

Before proceeding with the registration form, you must sign in to your portal account or create one. Enter your name, email address, phone number, create a password, then click Submit. It's important to only use an email address that you have access to, as you will immediately receive an email to confirm your account. If you cannot find the email, it may have ended up in your spam folder.

In your email application you should find the INEC CVR portal email. Open it and click the link it contains to return to the login page you found earlier. This time, click "Sign In" and enter your email address and the password you just created. After that, you will be taken to an explanation page where you want to confirm that all the information you have provided is correct.Be sure to click Yes before proceeding.

After the explanation page you get to the main registration form. The form requires the following information:

Although this step is not required, it simplifies the verification process by making it easier to confirm your identity. It also allows INEC to link your profile in its database to other databases.Once you have that, click "Save and Continue" and you will be taken to a new page confirming that your app has been updated successfully. If you don't receive this confirmation, click on the three black lines in the top right corner of your screen to see the status of your request.
