An envoy of the Donetsk People's Republic got a note of acknowledgment at North Korea's consulate in Moscow on Wednesday

 

North Korea has turned into the third UN part to recognize the autonomy of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. Russia recognized the autonomy of the two Donbass republics in February.
