Leandro Paredes is expected to leave PSG this summer, according to Football Fan Cast. Manchester United could be his next stop if he decides to leave.
According to Football Fan Cast, United has already held talks with Paredes' entourage, and the deal is still possible as long as those talks continue. In terms of negotiations with PSG, it is believed that the Ligue 1 Champions are seeking at least £30 million to allow the Argentine midfielder to leave.
Paredes is a traditional holding midfielder, with excellent field vision, passing ability, and the ability to make crucial blocks.
Fabrice Pancrate, a former PSG player, once described Parades as, "He's smart, technical, and aggressive in a good way; he's more than just a bad gamer. It's also quite lovely to look at. His tempo is ideal."
Last season, United's midfield was, to put it mildly, a disaster. Ten Hag's main task was to figure out how to improve the efficiency of United's midfield. De Jong appeared to be the ideal solution for United's midfield for a time, but if they are unable to sign him, Paredes could be an excellent replacement.
