"I believe that after the third sprint, his lungs were about ready to blow, and it was his third session (since arriving for preseason training).
We came close to killing him with these balls, but he provided the runs and the boys wanted to pass the ball, which is unquestionably one of his talents. He was risky in all these different ways.
Darwin, let's wait and see. I believe his profile is a proper nine, which helps with his quickness, ferocity, and use of his body, among other things.
fresh summer hire In the match against Manchester United, Fabio Carvalho also made his Reds debut after joining from Fulham earlier in the summer.
When asked about making his Merseyside team debut after the loss, the 19-year-old winger said: "From the first day in training and up until now, this is what I've been working for - to try to get into the team.
I was on the field today with my new teammates, and they welcomed me very warmly.
I was on the field today with my new teammates, and they welcomed me very warmly. I'm just grateful to be here, and hopefully we can settle things before the next game.
"We start with a winning mentality in practice and carry it over to the games. We do our hardest to win every game because we want to win at all costs.
It was my first game for Liverpool, and hopefully the start of many, so today was a little bittersweet for me.
Nobody loves to lose, especially to United and in the manner we did, but I'm confident that the next time we face them, we'll be fighting to make up for it on the field.
