Cristiano Ronaldo 'makes decision on £210m offer' as Man Utd change transfer stance

According to rumors, Cristiano Ronaldo has declined a hugely lucrative offer to play in Saudi Arabia as the highest-paid player in the world for the next two years. The 37-year-old is thought to be eager to look for a fresh challenge this summer after becoming disenchanted with life at Old Trafford throughout the course of the previous season.Ronaldo has been closely associated with a number of elite teams, but a lucrative two-year deal with an undisclosed Saudi Arabian club came with a £105 million annual salary. Nevertheless, it appears that no amount of money could persuade Ronaldo to give up his desire to compete in the Champions League, as the Portuguese star is uninterested in the concept of relocating to the Middle East.

Despite the astronomical sums on the table, Ronaldo has reportedly already rejected the outrageous offer because he is unwilling to leave United for Saudi Arabia. The deal reportedly included a planned transfer price of around £30 million to be paid to the Red Devils.

However, Ronaldo still seems to have a good chance of leaving Real Madrid in the summer as he has expressed a desire to find a new team in the upcoming weeks and months. Ronaldo is a five-time winner of the Ballon d'Or. It has lately been reported that teams like Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich are interested in signing him, but it is still unclear where he will ultimately land before the start of the upcoming season.

He has yet to let the club know when he will return to Manchester in time for the upcoming season despite receiving permission to postpone it for family reasons during preseason. It was initially believed that the Red Devils were fighting tooth and nail to hold onto him, but it is now said that their position has changed as a result of his current absence from the team.

Ronaldo may be leaving Old Trafford sooner rather than later given that United are said to have "relented" in their attempts to persuade him to stay. However, former England goalkeeper David Seaman has already warned the club about the possibility of losing the off-field advantages of having Ronaldo in the dressing room.
