COURT ORDERS POLICE TO SEND DUPLICATE OF BULLION-VAN BURGLARY AGENDA TO AG

The Accra Circuit Court attempting six people blamed for being associated with the bullion Van burglary has requested that the case agenda should be sent to the Attorney General (AG) for exhortation.

This is to work with the preliminary else, the case would be struck out, Mrs Patricia Amponsah, the appointed authority said.

The Court in concluding the case, said arraignment had neglected to follow the court's requests and since the AG was commanded to arraign offering its guidance ought to be permitted.

The Court heard that Yaro, Fosu, Rabiu and Tettey when presented on their individual Units, went through different strategic and specific weapon preparing to prepare them for the capability of their Units which included escort and insurance of Bullion Vans.

Further examination had it that in February 2022, charged people including their departed partners and those in general concurred, went after and endeavored looting Mon-Tran Ghana's Bullion Van with Registration number GN 424-14.

They shot into the impenetrable van with AK 47 Rifles and utilized Royal motorbikes asserted to be Tettey's, which were ridden by their associates at large. Boadu's obligation was to screen the van and feed the pack with data.
