Sustineri Attorneys PRUC, a corporate legal practise that works closely with start-ups and fintechs and focuses on transactions, disputes, and tax, has revealed a number of initiatives and programmes to commemorate its first year in business.

 

Five lawyers with a combined 30 years of legal, professional, and entrepreneurial experience are now employed by the rapidly expanding law practise, which is directed by Richard Nunekpeku, a lawyer and entrepreneur with an exceptional background in law and business.

 

 

 

The company intends to provide a webinar to inform and assist start-ups on utilising technology and legislation to improve their competitiveness, spur investments, and develop as part of the celebrations for the anniversary.

 

 

 

In "Laws for Entrepreneurs,"

Over the last year, the company has made use of its renowned "Laws for Entrepreneurs" capacity-building programme, which aims to increase business founders' and managers' knowledge of how the law influences their business operations and how they may use it to their advantage.

 

 

 

In our first year of operation, we used this effort to create capacity for more than 100 young founders and managers around the nation in collaboration with our development partners. In close cooperation with our partners, we plan to broaden this project to include at least 1,000 young entrepreneurs and managers, particularly those in the financial technology industry.

 

 

 

In "The Bridge"

Since its founding, Sustineri Attorneys has also launched a talent development programme called "the Bridge" that enables law students at the first degree and professional levels to, among other things, experience law in action, acquire news skills, gain exposure, develop networks, and confirm their professional interests.
