Sadio Mane, Divock Origi, Takumi Minamino, and Neco Williams have all left the club in recent weeks, while Fabio Carvalho, Darwin Nunez, and Calvin Ramsay have all joined.

After Minamino left the team to move to Monaco in quest of more playing time, Klopp was recently asked to evaluate his tenure at the club

Yes, he will be successful in Ligue 1, and I wish him luck. We truly miss him. He is a great player and was a great addition to our team.

We shouldn't forget that Diogo Jota was a new acquisition at the time Mane, Firmino, and Salah were the established front three, so it's not like you have to be a poor player to not be in the starting lineup as an offensive player coming to Liverpool. No, in order to be present and the next player to emerge, you must be a player of the highest caliber.

"Taki did a fantastic job for us, and while I would have loved to keep him, I completely appreciate his desire to play more frequently."

"Taki played really well for us, and while I would have loved to keep him, I completely comprehend his desire to play more frequently and on a regular basis. From his standpoint, that is 100 percent correct. He has our best wishes.

The German also praised the 27-year-old for his role in Liverpool's accomplishment of a domestic cup double last season and expressed confidence in his ability to succeed in Ligue 1.

"Taki Minamino scored all of the pivotal goals that got us to the final last year, so it's easy to conclude that we wouldn't have won a single title if he hadn't been there. I'm sure he loved his time at Liverpool, but he obviously wanted to play more, so moving on and joining Monaco, a top club for him, made sense. He will perform tremendously well, I'm absolutely certain of it."

At Liverpool, the Japan international Minamino became well-liked by the coaching staff, his teammates, and the fans. Everyone will be interested to see how his future career develops.
