Fulham offered £10 million for Bernd Leno, but Arsenal rejected the deal and made clear what they wanted in a goalkeeper.

The 30-year-old, who has begun the final year of his contract at the Emirates, is one of SEVEN Gunners players up for sale this summer.

According to reports, Arsenal turned down Fulham's £10 million approach for Bernd Leno.

The German international Bernd Leno was replaced as the team's No. 1 choice in goal by Aaron Ramsdale after just three Premier League games last season, according to reports that Fulham's £10 million approach for Leno was rejected by Arsenal.

Fulham have reportedly had a £10million bid for Bernd Leno rejected by Arsenal

As a result of the acquisition of American star Matt Turner, he is no longer even Arsenal's backup shot-stopper.

Leno, who is with Arsenal on their preseason tour of America, is anxious to leave in order to increase his chances of being selected for the World Cup.

The former Bayer Leverkusen player is reportedly a target for Fulham, and manager Marco Silva is a major fan.

LATEST GUNNERS

Leno's agent confirmed last month that Fulham were "trying hard" to close a deal for him. Hutchinson "AGREES" Chelsea move, Gunners "prepare" bid for Tapsoba.

Recently, SunSport reported that the Cottagers' attempt to get Leno was in risk of failing because Arsenal was demanding too much money.

According to a news story, the Gunners are reportedly holding for pay in the area.

And according to Sports, a £10 million deal was rejected by Fulham.

According to a press report, the Gunners are holding for around about £15 million.

A three-year contract at Craven Cottage has been reached on personal terms between Leno and Fulham.

The 2017 Confederations Cup champion is reportedly dissatisfied with how negotiations between the two clubs have stalled.

However, despite a deadlock in the negotiations, it is still anticipated that the transfer will take place.

Fulham wants to complete the transaction as soon as possible so that he may be ready for the August 6 Premier League match against Liverpool.
