Harry Redknapp SLAMS 'common' Manchester United crew and says they are 'inadequate with regards to quality'

Harry Redknapp has cautioned of 'a lack of good players' at Manchester United as Erik ten Hag plans for his most memorable season responsible for the club.

Joined completed 6th in the Premier League last season subsequent to losing 12 games, and have since seen Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard and Juan Mata leave the club.

They have purchased in the thrilling Tyrell Malacia at full back, Christian Eriksen in midfield and are supposed to sign Ajax place back Lisandro Martinez, however a few fans might be disheartened subsequent to passing up players like Darwin Nunes this mid year.

Addressing the Mirror, Redknapp said United had: 'A lack of good players. You check out at the group, it's actual normal. The left-back [Luke] Shaw is a decent player yet couldn't get him fit the year before. They simply focus on me like they're out of control.

'They have an absence of value in the midfield, missing that player who can truly make them play. Without Ronaldo's objectives I don't have the foggiest idea where they would have wrapped up. Enrollment will be the key, they need to get moving.'

Cristiano Ronaldo scored 18 Premier League objectives last season. The main other player to arrive at twofold figures at Old Trafford was Bruno Fernandes.

There have been bits of hearsay about the 37-year-old striker moving to a club that has gotten Champions League football for next season, as Lionel Messi sits not far behind his objective record in the opposition.

Losing Ronaldo may not be the most obviously terrible thing for ten Hag and United, however, as Redknapp makes sense of: 'A few supervisors don't need enormous whizzes. They're a lot more joyful dealing with a group without the self images and Ronaldo is one of the greatest in world football.

'Perhaps he [Ten Hag] feels more great without him as dislike he's come from a major foundation. He's come from Ajax in Holland, not exactly yet oversaw at the high level.

'Presently abruptly he will be working with one of the best ever players. Perhaps he could feel I'm much improved off without him. He might feel 'I can come in, make myself clear, express whatever i might be thinking and work how I need to press. He [Ronaldo] may not squeeze into that.'

The previous Tottenham administrator proceeded: 'At times without being viewed as the one that says 'I maintain that he should go', in the background he may think "I truly want to believe that he goes, it could be better for myself and the club". Obviously you can't necessarily express out loud whatever you think as the fans won't be content with him.

'It's a predicament so he should sit back and watch, however to go you should rest assured that he will.

'At his age and at this stage where are you going to go that is superior to Man Utd? Playing at Old Trafford each and every other week, I can't understand where he'd go for Champions League football. He will not go elsewhere in England. So what's left? Returning to Italy or Real Madrid, I can't see him at PSG. I figure he might remain.'

Ronaldo had been connected with Chelsea and an anonymous Saudi Arabian club, yet the two choices seem to have shut.
