From Lille to Naples. Victor moved from Ligue 1 club Lille to Napoli after an unrivaled season in which he scored 18 goals in all competitions. Napoli paid £67.5 million to sign him.

Riyad Mahrez is third. Manchester City to Leicester City

Following his outstanding performances in 2016/17, the Algerian forward joined Manchester City from Leicester City in 2018. The Citizens paid a record-breaking £61 million to bring him to the Blue side of Manchester.

Hakimi, one of Europe's best right-backs, joined Ligue 1 Paris Saint-Germain in 2021 for a fee of around £59.8 million.
