The new National Executive [Committee] will work assiduously in collaboration with our Parliamentary party, or our Members of Parliament, and our Diasporan party, or our members in the overseas nations, to help the party win the election in 2024.
It took 20 years of arduous labor in the wilderness before I finally won the position of National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, and I can guarantee you that I will treasure the chairmanship position after 20 years of toiling in the desert before getting into this road.
The national chairman emphasized, "I will appreciate the chairperson position and I will make sure that it will be a special position that will remain enticing for everyone in the party to aspire to."
