On Friday, July 15, FC Barcelona revealed Raphael Dias Belloli, a.k.a. Raphinha in football circles. The 25-year-old is the club's third addition during the current summer transfer window after being introduced to the crowd at the Cuitat Esportiva.

The Blaugrana have been keeping an eye on the Brazilian forward since January as Xavi strives to improve his front line for the next campaign.

Raphinha is the most recent Brazilian to join with Barcelona, therefore Sports Brief lists the top 10 Selecao players to wear the Catalan giants' jerseys.

In 253 games with Barca, he scored 136 goals while winning two LaLiga championships, the Copa del Rey, and the UEFA Super Cup. Despite all of that achievement, Barcelona didn't make it to a single significant European championship game while Rivaldo was a member of the team.

He gained fame playing for Barcelona after scoring a fantastic hat-trick in a 5-0 win over bitter rival Real Madrid. Romario was no stranger to controversy either; in fact, he was given a five-game suspension for punching Diego Simeone, who is currently the manager of Atletico Madrid, when Simeone was still a player for the Madrid-based team.

He eventually departed Catalunya in the middle of the 1994–95 campaign as a result of a poor attitude and a decline in performance.

Ronaldo (1996 - 1997) In 1996, Ronaldo joined Romario in signing for Barcelona from PSV Eindhoven. Barcelona purchased his services for the then-record sum of €19.5m. Ronaldo helped Barca win the Copa del Rey, the Cup Winners' Cup, and the Supercopa de Espana in his first season as manager. In 51 games during the 1996–1997 season, the three-time World Player of the Year scored an astounding 47 goals.

Following Romario, the FIFA World Player of the Year title was won by the 2002 World Cup champion while playing with the club in 1996. Ronaldo only spent one season at Camp Nou due to difficulties in renegotiating his contract with the Barca hierarchy. In the summer of 1997, he finally signed for Inter Milan for a new record transfer fee of €27 million.

Rivaldo (1997-2002) Rivaldo won the FIFA's top individual award for the third time in the history of Barcelona, and he also won the Ballon d'Or for his efforts that year.

In 253 games with Barca, he scored 136 goals while winning two LaLiga championships, the Copa del Rey, and the UEFA Super Cup. Despite all of that achievement, Barcelona didn't make it to a single significant European championship game while Rivaldo was a member of the team.

Ronaldinho (2003 - 2008) After joining Barcelona in 2003, Ronaldinho quickly rose to fame thanks to his deft touches and upbeat demeanor on the field. Under Frank Rijkaard, the brilliant forward was the pivotal player, helping to build the basis for one of the most prosperous periods in Catalan club history.

At the height of his abilities, Ronaldinho won two LaLiga championships and a Champions League trophy while playing for Barcelona. He was also named the FIFA World Player of the Year twice.

Edmilson (2004 - 2008) After Ronadinho, Edmilson was the next Brazilian to sign with Barcelona. The defensive midfielder moved to Catalonia from Lyon in 2004 for an estimated €10 million.

Despite enjoying a fantastic first season with Barca, Edmilson missed the most of the following season due to injury.

In the 2006 UEFA Champions League final against Arsenal, Barcelona's most crucial game of the season, he fully recovered in time to play. He replaced Andreas Iniesta after 45 minutes of play. Barca triumphed 2-1 in the game.

Neymar (2013-2017) Along with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, Neymar was a member of the club's renowned "MSN" offensive trident, but he chose to leave Argentina international Messi's shadow by completing a record-breaking transfer to Paris Saint-Germain for €222 million last year.

In 186 games with Barca, he scored 105 goals and helped the team win the Champions League, two league championships, three Copas del Reys, the Supercopa de Espaa, and the Club World Cup.

Following his departure, relations between Neymar and the team soured a bit, though he did congratulate Coutinho on his choice.
