Fabrizio Romano: Chelsea has their eyes on Presnel Kimpembe
Chelsea has their eyes on Presnel Kimpembe, and late data from transfer window specialist Fabrizio Romano detailed that The Blues had started talks with Paris Saint-Germain, in any event, putting a proposal on the table.

Moreover, an expected transfer of Inácio would pursue the direction that Campos has for PSG in aquiring players in their mid 20s with high upside assuming they arrive at their true capacity.
