Aunt Bee has been in the film industry for more than three decades and has observed how some men just come into the lives of female celebrities to have a taste of them and later dump them when their mission is accomplished.
Conceived Harriet Naa Akleh Okanteh, this praised actress has disclosed how an unmistakable man, who she indicated was a conventional ruler, came into her life by righteousness of her fame to have a great time and later disregarded her.
"I very recollect, a respectable man came into my life. He expressed his adoration for myself and, surprisingly, proposed marriage, however after he 'hit and ran', it became troublesome contacting him. At that point, I realized he had just come to 'taste me'. Do I seem to be soup? I really managed him to serve as a lesson.
"Yes, some men just quick in and out yet in my case, I considered his personality and believed that a man his age will respect himself… the difficult aspect is the harsh sex he took me through (laughs)," Auntie Bee disclosed in an interview with Hammer Nti.
As per the actress popular for her job in the television series "Efiewura," she has witnessed some of her female colleagues suffer disaster from men they experience.
She added that these men all through the relationship term to discourage them from acting all because of their insecurities.
"The second they figure out you are an individual of note, the men will just come, quick in and out. I don't have any idea, and after the demonstration, they start disregarding your calls. He starts to deal with you like no one important, and in some cases, they attempt to stop you from working or going on the spot. In cases when the woman can't stand it, she has to tap out to focus on her work," she said.
Also remarking on her severe involvement in the one who unloaded her, Auntie Bee referenced that she once believed that her beau's age and status made him unique, however she was off-base.
"I would rather not disclose his personality. He got 'respect', a major man. He is more similar to a boss… he just drove me on and presently I would rather not listen to any affection song. Briefly, I felt we planned to seal the deal. I'm grateful that we dated for almost three months before we got private, the reason why our separation didn't really influence me," the actress disclosed in a GhanaWeb observed interview.
Aunt Bee added that she is not interested in long haul dating however in search of a husband who will spoil and cherish her.
